The purpose of career assessment and counseling is to develop a profile of each individual's work-related strengths and limitations, vocational abilities, aptitudes, and interests. This information is essential in the transition from school to work or when making longer-range career and life choices and changes. Counseling then assists each person to understand and utilize his or her potential in reaching life's goals. | Career Counseling Services is a subsidiary of Educational Assessment Services, Inc. (EASI), a nonprofit licensed in Texas and Wyoming. EASI delivers urgently needed evaluation and assessment services to individuals, school districts, regional service centers, health care providers, educators and families. Principal evaluator Deans, President of EASI, is licensed as a Professional Counselor in Texas and Wyoming and certified as a Vocational Evaluator by CCWAVES. She is also a certified school counselor and diagnostician and is highly qualified in special education and dependency issues. | ||||||||||
